If you are visiting today, we're thrilled to have you with us. We come here to worship God by singing, preaching the Bible and praying together. God is the highest priority in our lives because through Jesus we have forgiveness from our sins and the hope of a new life spent with Him!
- Please switch off your mobile phone when you come in to the hall.
- Please remember to park in one of the town car parks; not along Priory St.
- Please ensure your child/ren do not play on the stage, up in the balcony or in the graveyard either before or after the service.
- We have large print bibles available for anyone who might need one. Please ask one of the ushers.
Pledge for 16 Arnolds Mead – FINAL DAY!
As you will know, we are planning some improvements to better support youth work with more room to share and eat. We realise that if you were unable to attend the Church Meeting, you may not have heard much detail so don’t hesitate to ask Tim or Roger about any questions or concerns you might have. The pledge period ends today, Sunday 7th July. There are pledge forms at the back or go online www.corshambaptists.org/pledge.
The missions and persecuted church prayer meeting is cancelled for tomorrow night.
The text for MWS on 10 July is Matthew 23. Eric S will be leading and preaching and there will be communion. The service is followed by refreshments at 3pm.
There will be a breakfast for the women of our church on Saturday 13th July @ CBC from 9.30am – 11.00. There is a sign up sheet at the back to note your interest and your option/dietary preferences. Please speak to Anne H if you have any questions!
Uganda mission trip fundraiser concert
Friday 12th July, 7pm at Priory Street. This will be a concert given by Corsham Windband (some of our young church members will be involved). As there will be refreshments served during the interval, please speak to Rhiannon if you are able to bake some savoury or sweet goodies. There will be donations taken on the door (buckets). The money raised will be used to support the Uganda mission trip 9-17 August 2019 as well the work of Corsham Windband.

CAKES and BISCUITS needed for this year’s WEC training course
Monday – Friday, over the last two weeks in July.
Either leave baked donations in the church kitchen no earlier than the Sunday before, clearly labelled – ie. for WEC use and type of cake – or drop them off during that two week period so we have a staggered run of goodies!
Speak to Liz P/Jo S if you have any queries. MANY THANKS!
Seniors’ Summer Party
This is taking place on Saturday 20th July 3-5pm at Priory Street. We need help so please sign up at the back ie. cakes, scones, food prep, set up, etc.
Next Church meeting takes place on Monday 15th July at 8pm at Priory Street. Agenda and previous minutes will be on the table at the back of church next week.
