Youth Ministry

The youth programme is designed around REACHING young people – introducing them to Jesus, BUILDING young people up in Jesus, & SENDING young people out as witnesses for Jesus.

The following youth programme is in place for young people of secondary school age (term time only):

Youth Night in

From youth clubs to talent shows, quiz nights to nerf wars, creating space for young people to hang out, have fun, deepen friendships and consider the claims of Jesus.

Equip Groups

EQUIP study groups (11-13, 14+) are designed to do just that – equip young people as disciple-making disciples of Jesus! Equip runs weekly on Wednesday evenings, and involves digging into the Bible, prayer and activities. We meet at CBC@Corsham premises (Priory Street) 7 – 8.30 pm

Schools work

In partnership with local schools & as part of a wider inter-denominational team. We are involved in facilitating weekly lunchtime Christianity Explored groups, so that pupils are given the opportunity to explore the questions they have about Life, Faith & God. Hardenhuish School (Wednesdays), Corsham School (Tuesdays & Thursdays), Sheldon School (Thursdays – all lunchtimes).

Youth Outreach & Baptism Classes

At various times through the year, we also run Youth Outreach Courses – Exploring questions of life, faith & God. Each episode, in these video-based courses, look at a different question around faith and are designed to create conversation. Baptism Classes – helping young people explore baptism.
