“Paul was writing to the Colossians to remind them that Jesus was all they needed- no more and no less. This is the ‘entire gospel’ (v25) Despite other teachers preaching the ‘mere Christianity’ was not enough, Paul describes the wonderful riches that are ours in Christ, and states that only through His complete work are we set free.”
The above quote is taken from Christine Coltman in our bible study for this month. I pray that you have been blessed know God better and love Him more through this bible study with your study buddy. It is a great way to prepare ourselves for our time together as Women of the Word come together for our third study in the book of Colossians.
