God told the apostles, and is telling us, that there is coming a day when the devil will be put away from us and punished forever (Rev 20:7-10). There will be no more wrestling or resisting because our enemy will be completely out of our experience. And who will do this wondrous thing? Our Lord Jesus Christ (Rev 21:1-6).
