We have a wonderful opportunity this Sunday evening to gather from the different congregations at CBC and celebrate God’s saving grace together. You are welcome to join us for a time of word, praise and prayer, including the baptism of one of our young people, Anna D.
The next Midweek Service is Wednesday, 24th November at 2pm.

And finally, to ponder: it is estimated some 95% of under 18s in England and Wales don’t go to church; that’s around 12 million kids! If you want to see that number go down and would like to know how you can get involved in youth work in the future, please come and chat to me. Thanks, Dan O.
Gathered to Pray – Sunday 5th December
The monthly prayer meeting will take place in person on the 5th December at 6pm at Priory Street. The meeting will focus on prayers for the Persecuted Church using prayer news videos from Open Doors and we will be specifically praying for our brothers and sisters in Afghanistan, Cameroon and Lebanon. We look forward to seeing you at the meeting and praying together for our brothers and sisters!
Souper Friday: Can you help?
We need volunteers to help run this event every Friday. We still plan to continue with a small number of deliveries and have our ‘market stall’ open, whilst at the same time there will be refreshments available.
If you can help with…
- Food packing (market stall)
- Providing soup
- Serving in the kitchen
- Sitting in the coffee hall to listen and chat
- Setting up/down
…then please contact Colin W, Esther A, Joan C or Jo S.
