Bereavement Ministry and Support – Date TBC

As a Church we are planning to host a half day course on a Saturday morning run by Care for The Family called “The Bereavement Care Awareness Course”. The aim is to show us how best to support people we know who are suffering in grief. If you are interested in this half-day course please email your interest to bereavement@corshambaptists.org so that we can book a date and provide you with more information.

The Bereavement Journey Course – Starting 12th Oct

For anyone who has suffered a significant loss, recently or in the past, and are finding their grief difficult to process, we are planning to run “The Bereavement Journey” course again in October. Click here for more information.
This is a seven week course consisting of small group discussions and videos developed by Christians. We ran four courses in the Spring term and they were all full. For the next course we plan to offer it on Saturday mornings starting on 12th October in the hut at Priory Street, from 10am to 12.30pm. If you are interested in joining please register your interest by emailing bereavement@corshambaptists.org

Continuity is important with this course, so if you have planned a holiday during those 8 weeks, other than half term week, we would suggest you sign up for the next course which will be offered after Christmas.
We are now opening the course to anyone in our local community whether or not they attend CBC, so please pick up a promotional sheet from the back of the sanctuary for yourself or if you have a friend, neighbour, colleague or family member who you think may benefit from the course. Please speak to Adam, Gordon or Anne Hill for more information.
