Notices for August 2020

Tim Stephenson,

If you are visiting today, we're thrilled to have you with us. We come here to worship God by singing, preaching the Bible and praying together. God is the highest priority in our lives because through Jesus we have forgiveness from our sins and the hope of a new life spent with Him!

  • Please switch off your mobile phone when you come in to the hall.
  • Please remember to park in one of the town car parks; not along Priory St.
  • Please ensure your child/ren do not play on the stage, up in the balcony or in the graveyard either before or after the service.
  • We have large print bibles available for anyone who might need one. Please ask one of the ushers.

Calling all gardeners and allotment-eers

Dear all, Do you have an allotment? Or a garden with fruit trees ? Do you have any spare fruit and veg that is going to go to waste. Then we at Souper Friday would love to take it off your hands and share it out to others. So if you are able to get it to the church by Thursday evening each week,we will ensure it goes to a grateful home. If you could let  Joan Cooper know either by phone , email or text that you have left some at the church then we will see to the rest. If you could leave it tucked in the corner to the right of the far doors.

Thanking you all in advance for your generosity.

Webnet’s BLESS Prayer Gathering on Sunday 16th Aug at 7pm

We warmly invite you to join in with our Prayer Gathering on Sunday 16th of August at 7pm. This event will be hosted by Lindsay Caplen and Nigel Coles and we’ll be focusing on where we are planted, what it is we are seeing and how we are responding. Most of all, we look forward to God joining with us – to inspire us so that we might see His kingdom come more fully and His will being done more completely throughout our region.
Please invite your congregations and join us on Sunday evening via the Webnet YouTube Channel.
