Hope Explored – Saturday 7th January
You are warmly invited to join us at 7pm tomorrow evening at Priory Street for the first of this three session course looking at the hope that can be ours through Jesus. The two other sessions will be held on January 14th and 21st. Is there someone you can invite to come along? Places on the course can be reserved via Eventbrite here, or use the QR code opposite, or just come along.
Youth programme – help needed
As we launch into the new year, here are two ways you can rally behind the youth ministry:
- PRAY. Please pray for the young people. If you would like specific names of youth to pray for, details of what is planned, or which youth have exams this year, to fuel your praying, please speak to Dan.
- HOST. Occasionally we like to take the youth group on safari (no real animals involved). This involves the young people descending on a couple of people’s homes, meeting the hosts and eating their food! It’s a great way to build bridges between you lovely folk in the church and the rabble of youth. They are mostly house-trained! 🙂
If you would be interested in hosting a group of youth for 30-40 mins on a Sunday night later this term and feeding them some snacks (can be as fancy or simple as you wish) then again please speak to Dan.
Women’s Bible Study – Monday 30th January
Dear sisters in Christ, Happy New Year! We’re looking forward to journeying with you through 2023. We continue on with our studies in James and the lovely Hollie has prepared the attached study notes for us so we can be prepared for our next meeting on 30th January. You will be blessed by making time to study with your buddy. A reminder of zoom details are below for those of you who are unable to join us in person.
